Free Pizza

Hello again-

I have another Website for you.... I've been a member of  Buzzagent since 2008, now that may sound like a long time but at first I was super intimidated by the website.  I couldn't figure it out, So I only used it on occasion and it wasn't until recently that I forced myself to figure the website out. The website is another word of mouth website, that allows  you to try new products for free and share the products they send to you with friends and family. Then if you want you can write about the products and review them online. Well the past few years I got the hang of things over at Buzzagent and just this past year they revamped there website. It looks super colorful and easy to navigate around. So check it out. It is worth it.

Well to the free pizza, right? Well I was offered the opportunity to try. Dr. Oetker Ristorante Pizza, and of course I said yes, I am a foodie and love to try new things.

So I received coupons for 2 free pizzas in the mail which are 13.8 oz each, along with a bunch of $1.50 off coupons to hand out to my friends and family. Well I cashed in the free coupons the other day. And the funny part was I wanted to order pizza in, but remembered I had free coupons so I made a special trip to the store just to get Dr. Oetker's pizza. Well when I checked out, the kid behind the register was flabbergasted because he opened the cash draw grab a few dollar bills and looked up at me and said  the computer is telling me I owe you money. I smiled and said the pizzas are free, don't worry about the change. The thing was the pizza was on sale for $3.99 but the coupon was for $4.99.

Thank you Buzzagent.

So the Pizza, the packaging was ok, the pizza is a product of Germany and the size is on the medium side. Actually the pizza is more of a single serving if you are really hungry. Not really for sharing unless you get more then one pizza.  I will attach a photo of the pizza on a regular dinner plate.

I purchased, the Pizza Spinaci and the Pizza Mozzarella. Both were good.  The Pizza Mozzarella was tastie. I like the hints of basil. And you can't tell by looking at the pizza ( because the cheese looks like fresh mozzarella) that the cheese was string-ie; in a good way. When I picked up a piece of pizza  there were foot long gooey cheese strings.  Yum.. The crust was thin but crunchy, I wish it was a little more Dougie but that isn't the style.  Now the cooking process, you are suppose to bake the pizza at 425 right on the open rack. Well, I didn't want to mess up the oven, so I put a cookie sheet under the pizza, but it still caused the fire alarm to go off. Which sucked. But what can you do. I don't think pizza tastes good out of the microwave so the oven it was.

So the second pizza, the Spinaci was equally as good, I didn't have high hopes for it, because of the spinach. But you could taste the salt-ie-ness of the Parmesan cheese and the Spianch was not water-y, it didn't make the crust soggy which was surprising, it was a very good pizza and I would buy both again.

My local store only had the two pizzas referenced above and the Funghi, and I like mushrooms but the word Funghi just throws me off and I was like no way am I going to buy that. I wish the store had more options but all and all it was good pizza and experience.

Now would I have purchased this product before the campaign, No. So way to go Buzzagent you got me. The pizza is a keeper, solid B+
