L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Bright Reveal collection

Happy December.....

Well it has been forever since I've posted. I know, you've all been patiently waiting. Just kidding.

Due to technically difficulties: An old computer and new web browser, I've been somewhat behind the 8 ball, but I'm back.........

And what better way to come back, then to talk about Buzzagent, my friendly, local (Yeah Boston) free agent. I mean they give me Free products to review, and all I have to do is talk to you. Easy right?

So, the past few weeks I've been able to test out for Free,  the new L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Bright Reveal collection.

That is right, I said collection, I received a huge box of L’Oréal beauty products. Ok, it wasn't a huge box but the products inside were full size and almost a complete line.

I received the below. (Again four full size products)

L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Brightening Daily Scrub Cleanser

L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Bright Reveal Brightening Peel Pads

L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Bright Reveal Brightening Dual Overnight Moisturizer

L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Bright Reveal Brightening Day Moisturizer with Broad Spectrum SPF 30

Now....First I was super excited when I got the products and went online to review them right away and the campaign wasn't ready for comments. Which discouraged me and caused me to wait on my review.  Until now...... Bah... It is all about timing...
Anyway.....

With that said, that was the only side affect of the product samples.

Who doesn't want to try new products that could make you look and feel better and younger?

So....The Daily scrub cleaner was great, it had little beads to help exfoliate your skin, I love scrubs. I don't have sensitive skin, and didn't have a problem with the scrub. Now...Being so close to Thanksgiving I took my scrub to my families house and left it. So I can't show you a picture but I have others below....

The peel pads are simple and easy to use, I found, out of all the products I used the peel pads the most. Probably because they are easy to use and have enough liquid to use on my whole face, neck and the back of my hands. I noticed the peel pads make my face feel softer and my pores look smaller, I also noticed when I used the pads and then applied moisturizer I felt my face was warm and pink. It didn't bother me; I figured the anti aging benefits were working.

Not sure if that was suppose to happen but that is what I experienced.  This was the highlight of the whole collection and I plan on buying them in the future.

Now...Both the moisturizers seem to have brighteners, I noticed my skin looked like it had a glow. You can tell the day moisturizer had SPF 30 in it because it was a little thick and left a glazed look to the skin. See the photos below, the moisturizer also had the smell of SPF But... with that said the benefits far out weigh the scent... You need to protect your skin...

The only side affect I noticed out of the collection was I had to wash my face mid day because the moisturizer made my skin oily. Maybe it was because my pores were smaller which caused the oil not to absorb into the skin, not sure. But my skin was not dry.... Regardless my pores looked smaller.. Because of this I skipped every other day with the day moisturizer, so not to break out. But it is getting colder and dryer out so this maybe the perfect moisturizer for the up coming winter.

Now the pictures to the left show the day moisturizer with SPF 30 and the glaze or shine to the skin after applied, which is what caused the oiliness on my skin referenced above. The pictures were taken right after I applied the moisturizer.

The second moisturizer, "the night moisturizer", comes in a duel tube and it is two moisturizers in one. Hence the "duel" This doesn't leave the shine on your skin like the day moisturizer.
You can see in the above photo the little dot of lotion, which shows the two moisturizers, one clear one ivory, both need to be mixed together and applied to the skin.

So in conclusion, all and all I would buy the products again and having almost used all the product currently. This is worth the money....( I think) and the good thing about L'Oréal is you can buy it at your local drug store and if you are a coupon girl which I am, you can line up the store sale with a coupon and get a big discount.

So thank you for reading and I will try to post more soon.
